COD charge is $9.00 per order.

Free shipping on Sashco drop ship orders of 1000 lbs. or more. 7-10 day delivery
time. There is a charge for residential areas of $65.00

- Oil base stains cannot be shipped next day.
Policy:
Samples: We have samples of most finishes we carry. The first four samples are
free, subsequent samples are $2.50 each. We strongly recommend that you try a
sample before purchasing a finish. This way, you the customer are happy with
the color of the stain you have purchased. We also have literature available on
most of the products we carry.
Returns:
Return shipments will not be accepted unless authorized by I-Wood-Care
Accomodation returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be returned
freight unpaid. Credit will be issued at the customers invoice price.
Merchandise must be received within 30 days of authorization. Returns must be
requested within 60 days after receipt of merchandise.
When products are returned, we need to know if you want credit on your account,
or a check issued for the credit or credit on your credit card. Please note if
the product was originally purchased on your credit card, the credit must be
returned on the card.
For dated materials such as stain, caulk and chinking, returns are requested
within 30 days of purchase date.
Lost or Short Shipment: If an incomplete shipment is received, please notify
I-Wood-Care immediately. We will gladly do a tracer to locate the lost package.
